the "epiplectic bicycle"

I wanted something silly, simple, comfortable, fun and above all CHEEP to ride around London on that id feel OK about leaving locked up on the street in hackney wick all night outside a party. I took the opportunity to build Edward Gory's "Epiplectic Bicycle" from his illustrated short story of the same name, as part of a series of bikes that I've built from inaccurate drawings of bicycles.

It fulfills all of its design criteria well being built from a mishmash of second hand parts, T45 tubes and painted BADLY in Hammerite, with the aim of making it look like an object of the imagination, associated to no specific time or process.
